OUR HISTORY

Saami Services was founded to meet a growing need in the Australian health and community services sector for practical, reliable, and compliance-ready support. With over 20 years of sector experience, our founder, Michelle Victora, built Saami Services on the belief that service providers deserve more than just policies on a shelf – they need tools, coaching, and systems that actually work in practice.


From our beginnings as a small consultancy, we have grown into a trusted partner for aged care and disability service providers across Australia. Over time, Saami Services has expanded into delivering tailored policy suites, governance frameworks, internal audits, and training programs, always with the same focus: helping providers feel confident and audit ready.
